Summer is winding down and the new school year is coming soon. Returning to the classroom can be fun, exciting and stressful all at the same time. We all want to fit in. It’s the same no matter how old we are. We all want to be “cool” and be accepted.
How can we be cool as a cucumber? I think it’s important to just be ourselves and not try to copy other people. When we feel pressure or anxiety we can tell ourselves “I can do this. I have the brains, the skill, the talent to get through this challenge. I’m cool.”
